Each customer pays this plan every month, amounts without tax. Messages they buy on top earn you the same 40% or 20%.

    Someone opens your link. We remember it for 60 days.

  2. Within 60 days

    They create a Hailr account and become your referral.

  3. Every payment

    You earn 40% in their first 30 days as a paying customer and 20% for the 12 months after. Each commission shows in Refer & earn.

  4. 30 days later

    That commission becomes payable.

  5. Once a month

    We send everything payable by bank transfer when it adds up to $50 or more.

The rules

Six rules decide what you earn and when it is paid. The full text is in section 14 of our terms.

  • 40%40% of every payment a customer you bring makes in their first 30 days as a paying customer.
  • 20%20% of every payment they make in the 12 months after that.
  • 60 daysYour link is remembered for 60 days. If a visitor opens another affiliate link, the last one counts.
  • 30 daysA commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment. A refunded or disputed payment earns nothing, and a partial refund takes back the same share.
  • $50We pay by bank transfer once a month, when you have $50 or more payable.

Questions

Who can join?
Any Hailr account with a verified email address, on any plan, Pay as you go included. Joining costs nothing.
Which payments earn a commission?
Every payment of a customer you bring: a monthly plan (Starter, Growth or BYOK) and every purchase of messages. The commission is on the amount paid without tax.
What counts as a referral?
A person who opens your link and creates a Hailr account within 60 days. If they open another affiliate's link after yours, the last link counts. An account that already exists does not move to you.
When am I paid?
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from. Once a month we pay everything payable by bank transfer, when it adds up to $50 or more. A smaller amount waits for the next month.
How am I paid?
By bank transfer. In Refer & earn in the app you enter the account holder name, the IBAN and, if your bank needs one, the SWIFT / BIC code.
What if a customer gets a refund?
A refunded or disputed payment earns nothing, and a partial refund takes back the same share of its commission. If that commission was already paid to you, it is taken from your next payout.
Can I refer myself?
No. Referring your own accounts is not allowed, and we may end an affiliate's participation for spam or self referral.
Where do I see my numbers?
In the app, under Refer & earn: the visits to your link, how many people signed up and paid, each commission waiting with the date it becomes payable, what is payable now and what we have paid you. You never see who the people are. Read the full rules in our terms.
